2008 July > "Cause For Paws" at The Rockliffe Residence

A memorable and highly successful evening, the 7th Annual “Cause for Paws” Fundraiser in support of the Oakville and District Humane Society, was held at the beautiful Rockliffe home on the shores of Lake Ontario. Rain could not dampen the enthusiasm and delight the supporters have for this cause. As umbrellas went up, the excitement did also! The Humane Society takes in strays, tend abused or ill animals, and adopt out animals that have no home. They have also founded a new Animal Behaviour program. The generous donations of Oakville supporters will enable continued success of the Humane Society’s efforts.
