2008 July > RBC Insurance and RBC Bank Branch Grand Opening

The RBC Insurance and RBC Royal Bank branches located on Cornwall Rd. (Cornwall & Trafalgar) celebrated their respective grand openings with a Canadian Open golf themed community event. The day featured a free Lick’s BBQ, face painting, balloon sculptures, golf swing analysis by CPGA professionals, mini putting, a photo opportunity with the RBC Canadian Open Championship Trophy and the chance to win passes to see the RBC Canadian Open on July 21-27, 2008. To help celebrate RBC’s National Community Week in Oakville, which ran from June 6-14, RBC donated $10,000 to Home Suite Hope. This donation will assist in providing innovative affordable accommodation to those in need.
