Maple Syrup Festival at Bronte Creek Provincial Park
The Maple Syrup Festival at Bronte Creek Provincial Park was fun for the entire family! Specializing in heritage interpretation up to 1900, tour guides, dressed in turn-of-the-century clothing, guided walks for the visitors, weaving a story about the maple tree, its sap, tapping the trees and the production of maple syrup. Attractions included: wagon rides, a Pancake house, candy shanty, guided tours of Maple Lane, a gift shoppe, farm animals farmhouse tours and demonstrations. The sap was running! It was a beautiful St. Patrick’s Day and visitors flocked to enjoy Oakville’s Bronte Creek Provincial Park! For future events visit: www.brontecreek.org
