Kids For Kids Books Launch
Oakville publisher Kids for Kids Books recently celebrated the launch of their book Mystery At The Blue Whale at Boston Pizza on the North Service Rd. The publisher works with young people to encourage them to get excited about literacy activities. Mystery At The Blue Whale was a book created online by collaborative writing. Halton and Peel students in grades 3 to 6 submitted ideas and content online to contribute chapter by chapter to the thrilling action that leads to the surprise conclusion of Mystery At The Blue Whale. The event, which brought the contributing authors and editor together to celebrate the launch of the book, included a book display and reading by the authors.
