Empire State Building Stair Climb
Trevor Folgering recently ventured to New York to participate in the Unofficial World Championships of Stair Racing set at the Empire State Building. The competition tests the endurance of some of the top athletes in the world including marathon athletes, triathletes, and mountain racers. This is also the only race in the world to have a mass start, where competitors all start at the same time. He finish the race in 13 minutes and 49 seconds placing him 31st in the world out of 161 athletes.
